Fixated.
My friendly sock-loving buddies (aka voracious sock-crazed yarn fiends!) lovingly suggest (aka demand!) that I occasionally offer them a new sock yarn or two (aka continuously feed their voracious, bottomless cravings for a new sock color each and every day!). Naturally, I am more than happy to oblige.
We got a fun new shipment in from Cascade, including a heapin' helpin of Fixation.
This is a completely unique yarn with made of cotton & lycra (look, ma, no wool!) that's great for socks and other, um, unmentionables:
All I can say is, Yikes. Double yikes.
But seriously, here is a link to a Cascade page full of mostly free pattern links for Fixation.
A couple of other new things came in from Cascade. The first bag (rest were backordered) of the all-new Cascade 220 Hand Dyed yarn have arrived. Felters, unite! (But for gosh sakes, don't take on those crazy sock knitters):
Also new are some great Throw Kits featuring Dive yarns, another Cascade brand:
And...are you sock knitters still paying attention? Did I lose you with all that "felting" and "throw" talk? I bet not! You're still hoping to catch a glimpse of some MORE sock yarn, right? Well, feast your eyes on Ranco, the new sock yarn from Araucania, kettle dyed in Chile as only the Chileans can do. Cool thing about this one is there's a free pattern leaflet with yarn purchase, while supplies last:
There, you've had your fix, and I've gotten five more photos off my computer. It's a win-win!

Ok, re-do: not 2 in one day, but 2 in a row. I will always catch those late-night posts the next morning...
The Araucania Ranco Multy is SO soft! and yet it has some nylon for strength. Just perfect.
