Hey, I've been feeling a little unwanted. Unloved. Unappreciated. And no, it's not my husband's fault (at least not this time). I need comments! I crave them! Sure, I can look at googleanalytics.com and see that hundreds of you are reading every day. But still, when no one comments, I feel I've let you down. Did I fail to inspire? Tell a stupid joke? Sell my yarn a little too shamelessly? Maybe you're sick of seeing my dog, who always wears the same expression? Or were you just too busy to hit the comment button?
So just this once, ya'll give me a shout-out. Soothe my writer's sensitivity. It should sustain me for, oh, a couple of weeks anyway (when we have our next giveaway - THAT always gets a load of comments.) ;-)

P.S. When you comment, tell us where you're from. It'll be more fun that way.

I, for one, LOVE your blog. It's my home page. That way, every time I open the browser, I'll know if you've written something new! While I enjoy hearing about deals on yarn or new yarn, etc., I like your stories even more.
How's that?!
Ooops, forgot to say I'm from Tulsa!
Nancy from Owasso says,
I love to read your blog. It is at the top of my list and I keep my RSS feed on it always. I also love your stories no matter what they are about. Babies, dogs, yarn, sales all of it. See you soon with my baby hats.
Hope this helps.
I'm sorry! I read it faithfully, and love your comments and pictures! I meant to congratulate you on all the wonderful things that happend last week all at one time! Awesome. :) Keep up the good work!
I still love you. Maybe.
Love, Mom
Shelly: PSk from Tulsa, love to read what you have to say and look for it almost daily... you have a great shop and great gals that work there. We are sooooo lucky to have you here in T town! Keep it up girl, we do love you!!!
Hi, I read your blog as soon as it shows up under Google Reader. I am from DFW and know my Grand daughter loves your shop so it is fun to hear about the new yarn she is seeing. She wants a Loops gift card for Christmas.
Shelley - Love your blog. I look for a new one everyday so keep them up. Can't wait to see a picture of Stella - it is one of my faves.
Put a counter on your site. It's cool for your readers to see how many hits you get.
I am more apt to reply when you pose a question, but I look for a new entry everyday. Knitters read fast...
Show me more clay:-)
I finished the back of my first Louisa Harding sweater. Woo-hoo, I've got sleeves and a side on the needles.
More pix of Paula. She's almost as cute as Lily.
I love knowing that Loops is now open on Sundays from 12-5. Even 1-4 would be great for those weekend emergencies. Back in the old days we used to run to Utica Square's old TG&Y for crochet needles, etc, late in the evening during holiday weekends when the women in my family would get together to do something crafty.
Do blog readers look at the Loops class schedule, too?
I filled out my wish list card at Loops last week!! What a great idea:-)
Tulsa.
Love the blog, especially when Lily's picture is in it. :-) Lily's and Lucy's picture in the same blog is a double treat...hey, we ought to get a picture of them together!

I read the blog AND order. Hey, everybody! Go place an order for the Noni Medallion travel bag pattern, yarn, and don't forget the handles. I'm from Minnesota. My daughter is sitting on one of your couches knitting as I write this!h
I LOVE your blog! I'm in Kansas and only make it to your store occasionally but I vist your blog almost daily. It's at the top of my favorite blogs list!
Hi Shelley, I really enjoy your Blog.Wish that I could come visit in person but it is a bit too far as I am in central North Carolina,Chapel Hill.
Speaking of handles, those leather handles on the Lantern Moon rack in the store rock!!
Tulsa,OK
I, also, LOVE your blog. I love your store, the yarn and all the freindly people, the Loop girls and customers. Everyone is so helpful. If I could, I would work for yarn. :)

I'm from Arkansas and I will willingly drive at least 4 hours up to Loops. I religiously check the blog daily and the project list. Everyone I have talked to there is so helpful and friendly. Love Loops, totally love Loops!!!!!
Ok, I'll be the first one from Norman to comment. I was in your shop on Saturday and looked for the pink Karabella wrap only to find out it "disappeared"! Anyway, love your shop. When we make a Tulsa run we always stop at Loops. I have your blog on my bloglines so I know when you post.
I've been laying low since I'm hurriedly working on my fourth, yes my fourth(!) three-way wrap. Everyone who's seen me in it wants one and I can't say no. It's a good thing the Karabella is a dream to work with and new colors arrived. I read the blog regularly but am not big on posting. Will try to do better to keep your spirits high :)
Reading faithfully...

Shelley--
Your blog MAKES MY DAY! Your humor and warmth shine through and make me feel like I can make what you ladies make--even while I am totally messing up the "Simple Baby Hat" from Itty Bitty Hats! My youngest daughter HAD to copy your daughter's clay creations!
Thanks for the inspiration!

It could be that while we read your blog we are knitting at the same time with our recent purchases from your establishment. So unless I learn to type with my toes I have to put my knitting down :) me...from t-town.
LOVE your blog! LOVE Loops and miss you all immensely!!! Shelley, your blog is the first place I go to every time I sit down in front of the 'puter. I can always count on inspiration, a good laugh and all the good feelings that go along with friends and yarn. When I'm away for a few days, I can't wait to catch up on what's going on at Loops and anything else you have to share. Keep up the fabulous work and congratulations on all the recognition in the press. Just trying to figure out how to make a trip to Tulsa - especially to see Louisa - wow!! Keep up the great work! So long from Wyoming!
I'm a fan from NW Indiana! Love your products!!
Steph
Hi Shelley,
I subscribe to your blog via Bloglines, and check it (almost) daily. I love your store, and feel so fortunate to have a store like yours :)
From Tulsa
I'm from Kansas City now, but I grew up in Poteau, OK and I have friends in Tulsa. I've never been to Loops, but I hope to go next time I'm in town. I check your blog daily.
You're a funny woman!
I'm in Tulsa.

Shelly love your blog. I check everyday. I love the pictures of the yarn, babies and doggies. When ever I come down to Tulsa, my mom and I head up River somthing road from Jenks and check out the store. We never leave empty handed. We also have a new yarn shop here in Wichita ks, but one can never have too many Local Yarn Stores!!!!
Augusta Kansas
I usually read on bloglines and am too lazy to click the little link to come over to comment. But I'm here (in BA)
You're one of the few blogs I read faithfully - I love the great patterns you highlight! Will Cascade be on your website soon? I need to knit Noni bags . . . . it is too hot in Houston for too many sweaters . . . .
I live in Fort Worth, TX. I look for your blog daily and enjoy them very much. I will be in Tulsa the week of Thanksgiving to visit my brother and his family. Loops is one of our first stops.
See you next week.
Beverly
I love to read your blog. You're so on top of things -- with great new ideas. Keep them coming!
Hey Shelley!
I'm checking you out from Philadelphia; I found your store & blog by way of Ravelry. I really like your stories & how you seem to write as you'd speak. One post contained a Yeehaw that had me laughing out loud. :)
Best regards! If ever I'm in Tulsa, I'll make sure to stop by the store; it looks lovely.
I'm late to the game, been gone, but I want you to know I read every blog posting & if I lived closer & didn't have children, I'd be there every day at the store.:)lol Keep up the good work Shelly!
